WingSlut was started in 2020 by Chef David Puccinelli. At first people called him crazy for starting a business during a pandemic, but once they tried his wings, they called him crazy for not starting sooner.

Caramelized and gooey, these wings are made with Arbol chilies, garlic, and ginger. If you're in the mood for spicy and sweet, this is your wing.
This is our take on the classic Chinese salt and pepper wings. They're marinated with garlic, onions, and Serrano oil before being deep fried then crisped to perfection in a wok. Topped with fried jalapeños and onions.
Nani The Panda
Our in-house, homemade version of everyone's favorite: orange chicken. It's sticky, tart, and sweet all at the same time. We promise it'll blow your socks off.
Our homestyle Vietnamese chicken wings. We only use the best 100% fish sauce, Son Fish Sauce, and fry it with garlic and chilies. It's finger lickin' good! We won't judge you if you lick the box.
Inspired by central Chinese flavors, chef wanted to create a crunchy, spicy batch of wings that pair perfectly with beer. Every batch is made with real peppercorns, hot chili, and other whole (then grinded) spices.
Our newest wing (and May's limited time flavor) is our version of jerk chicken. Charred smoky aroma with secret spices, chilies, and a savory finish. Comes with pickled serrano and fresno chilies.
Our crispy and crunchy waffle fries are topped with a szechuan peppercorn seasoning salt. All orders come with chef's very own, bougie sauce.
This latest addition to our menu is our chilled cucumbers. Marinated in a chili and sesame oil blend, this is sure to please and cool down your palate in between bites of our fried chicken wings.
